I'M AWARE THAT THERE ARE NO OFFICAL/COMPLETE DESIGNS OF ANNA YET. I STILL FELT LIKE DRAWING THIS
Snow Queen has been one of my most favorite and most adored fairy tales ever. We Russian's even have our own short animated 2D film based on it :3
OK. SO. I have a lot of feels,guys,OK? RANT AHEAD.
Alright,first off - princess Anna. WHAT? Isn't she supposed to be a normal, regular citizen? So confused, but whatever
Second, Anna. Really,Disney? What was wrong with Gerda? I admit it's a bit of an odd,old-fashioned name but it's unique and would be instantly recognizable. Anna isn't that bad of a name though e v e
Third. Disney presents us with yet another light-haired princess. Nothing against blondes/gingers, but I feel like Disney produced enough of those recently (Merida and Rapunzel). Then again I ADORE gingers and if this design stays, it'll be Disney's first strawberry blonde princess. From what I know Giselle doesn't count. She wasn't allowed to join the official cast because of legality issues with Amy Adams.
Finally, where the hell is KAI? Kai the adorablebrother NEIGHBOR (I totally forgot he was her friend next-door) of Gerda who gets kidnapped by the Snow Queen? Apparently he's not even present in the movie. He's going to be replaced by a dude named Kristoff (awesome name,I'll give them that). OH and get this, Anna is the Snow Queen's sister,whose name is Elsa. I just-...WHAT? 
I'll admit that it's an interesting plot twist, though. It'll certainly be interesting to watch the change in Elsa from neutral to evil.
BUT YES. Don't take this rant too seriously.
I'm still super excited about the movie, I'm just shocked how far Disney went with the twists and redoing of the fairy tale this time. Then again, this IS Disney we are talking about. They always have their own taking on this stuff and that's part of their charm. I loved what they did with Tangled so I trust this movie will be amazing as well.
